Our estate grown extra virgin olive oil is carefully blended from handpicked olives organically grown on the Clif Family Farm on the northwestern slope of Howell Mountain in the Napa Valley. This unique blend of Frantoio, Lecchino, Arbequina, koroneiki and Mission varieties creates a well-balanced and vibrant oil with subtle fruit flavors and hints of pepper.
A unique blend with vibrant fruit characteristics and slight grassy notes with a subtle pungency. Every olive varietal adds a bright back note of tropical fruits. These flavors integrate into a long, lush finish. Use in any dish to enhance the flavor of the food or enjoy on its own for dipping.
