Making olive oil began as a family project. Picking plump olives from our 85-year-old trees, pressing them, bottling them by hand, then sending the small batch bottles home with family and friends is a much loved tradition. So much so that we've planted an additional 95 Spanish and Greek olive trees on our farm, in order to share our homegrown oils with everyone in the coming years. Until our trees start producing fruit, we've partnered with local olive oil makers to help us create exceptional California extra virgin olive oil.

Vibrant fruit and grass characteristics with a hint of pepper. These flavors end in a long, lush finish. Our extra virgin olive oil is perfect in a salad dressing or for dipping a fresh loaf of bread!

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is carefully blended from handpicked olives grown on an organically certified ranch in Northern California. This is a unique blend made up of classic Italian cultivars including Taggiasca, Frantoio, Leccino and Maurino olives. COOC Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil
