Gary & Kit's Napa Valley began in the kitchen. Using bold flavors and simple, high quality ingredients, our specialty food products are inspired by Gary and Kit's love of great food, wine and adventure. Our Master Chef Anna Callaway works with Gary and Kit to create products that can be enjoyed on their own or combined with your favorite ingredients to create unique and exciting new dishes. And each product is made to pair with specific wine varietals for the perfect food and wine pairings.
Making olive oil began as a family project. Picking plump olives from our 85-year-old trees, pressing them, bottling them by hand, then sending the small batch bottles home with family and friends is a much loved tradition. We now have about 400 olive trees on the farm and produce cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil from these trees. The trees are a variety of Italian, Spanish and Greek cultivars.
Our fruit and nut mixes are made to expertly pair with our favorite wine varietals, instantly creating an easy appetizer or the perfect anytime snack. Try Toasted Coconut and Cashews with a dry Riesling or Smoked Paprika Almonds with a spicy Zinfandel. They also make a great addition to a salad or as the star ingredient in a main course and they are ideal for entertaining or gift giving.
Inspired by ancient Egyptian recipes, our dukkah is as delicious as it is unique. Dukkah makes a perfect appetizer with fresh bread and olive oil. Simply dip the bread in olive oil, roll in the dukkah and enjoy. And as a versatile addition to your kitchen, sprinkle on salads, season grilled meats or add to soups or a pasta dish.
Each of our gourmet Dijon mustards is made with our own Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Serve the Coarse Dijon with a charcuterie and cheese plate, whip up your favorite vinaigrette with our Dijon or try something a bit more adventurous with our Tarragon Mustard.
Our premium organic California almonds are roasted to perfection then dipped in a rich layer of fine dark chocolate kissed with Balinese sea salt. An irresistible treat for even the most discerning palate. Ideal for a sweet indulgence, gift giving or entertaining. The perfect pairing for our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
Fruit for our preserves is grown in our organically farmed Napa Valley orchards and is harvested at the peak of flavor. We then create small batch preserves to be sold exclusively in our tasting room and on our website. Perfect as a topping for an English muffin in the morning, an accompaniment to a cheese plate or warmed over ice cream.
